Every class at Asset Fitness is coached, scalable, and built around functional movement patterns. It's the kind of training that makes you stronger in the gym and more capable outside it.

Our coaches make sure you're lifting with good form, breathing at the right moments, scaling when you need to, pushing when you can, and leaving the session having actually moved the needle.

What it is

Our dedicated HYROX sessions. Pure race-format training built around the eight stations that make up a HYROX race, broken down across sessions designed to build both the engine and the strength you need to finish.
