Our coaches make sure you're lifting with good form, breathing at the right moments, scaling when you need to, pushing when you can, and leaving the session having actually moved the needle.

HYROX HYBRID
Race-day style workouts built on the HYROX format. Expect sleds, runs, rows, and functional movements designed to push your engine. Whether you're training for an event or just love a challenge, this one's high energy, inclusive, and seriously fun.

HYROX
Our dedicated HYROX sessions. Pure race-format training built around the eight stations that make up a HYROX race, broken down across sessions designed to build both the engine and the strength you need to finish.
THU
STRONG
Pure strength, no fluff. This session focuses on lifting heavier, moving better, and building lean muscle. Technique-driven and progressive. Perfect for anyone wanting to get stronger, whether you're lifting for the first time or chasing a PB.
AM
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Build a bulletproof body with a balanced mix of resistance and cardio training. Expect structured, full-body workouts that improve strength, endurance, and performance in one session.
INTENSITY
Fast-paced, sweat-filled, and energising. Intensity blends functional cardio, intervals, and dynamic movements to leave you fitter and fired up.

INTENSITY TEAM
Take Intensity and add teamwork. This session is all about working hard together with partner drills, team challenges, and shared goals. The energy's high, everyone pulls for each other, and no one gets left behind.
EVE
YOGA
Mobility, recovery, and mindful movement. The part of training most people skip until their body forces them to take it seriously. We take it seriously from day one.

SIDDERS' STRENGTH & SWEAT
A signature session by Coach Sid, where expert programming meets unmatched energy. Expect a combination of strength work and sweat-inducing finishers designed to challenge your body and boost your confidence.

Here's how the week looks at Asset Fitness. Classes run seven days a week from 5.45am, with evening sessions Monday to Thursday and weekend morning classes on Saturday and Sunday.
