Asset Fitness runs coached HYROX classes in Harlow from Harlow Football Club, with sessions across the week for all experience levels.
If you're training for HYROX, or thinking about signing up, what you need is a gym that takes the format seriously: proper coaching, the right equipment, and sessions built around the race itself, not adapted from a general fitness class.
That's what we run at Asset Fitness.
You do not need race experience to start, and you do not need to already be fit enough to keep up.
Every session is coached and scalable to your level.
Whether you're completely new to HYROX or chasing a faster finish time, you'll train at the right standard for where you are now.
WHAT THE SESSIONS INVOLVE
Every HYROX session at Asset Fitness is built around the race format: the eight stations, the running, the pacing, and the conditioning that holds everything together under fatigue.
We have the equipment the format demands, including:
sled track
Concept2 rowers
SkiErg
wall balls
sandbags
kettlebells
functional strength equipment designed to prepare you properly for race day
Sessions are coached throughout, with support on technique, pacing, and movement standards so you're not left trying to work it out on your own. Weights and intensity can be adjusted depending on ability and experience.
The sessions are intense by design, because HYROX is demanding. But they are also scalable. If it's your first session, you'll be supported through it. If you're experienced, you'll be pushed where it matters.

Preparing for your first hyrox
If you've entered your first event and are unsure how to train for it, these sessions give you structure. You'll build race-specific conditioning, improve pacing, learn the stations, and train in a format that reflects the real event.

Trying to improve your time
If you've raced before and want to perform better, sessions are designed to develop the areas that usually hold people back: transitions, running efficiency, pacing under fatigue, and station performance.

Training for fitness without racing
You do not need to enter a race to benefit from HYROX training. Many people join because they want structured functional fitness with more purpose than a standard gym session. The format builds strength, conditioning, endurance, and resilience.
